Sleepover Fun!!

Jordan and Kinsey each invited a cousin to spend the night tonight!! We ate Pizza and then we did family home evening with them!! Randy taught a lesson on Manners. It was great!! Then for Activity we took the kids on 4 wheeling rides. My niece, Trisha was so excited, she said this was her first time ever seeing a 4 wheeler and she was a little nervous about her first ride, she decided to drive it!! She had so much fun. All the kids love the 4 wheeler. It is proving to be a great way to bond with the kids. After our activity we had donuts and hot cocoa. The kids then played until 10:30 and were put to bed!! Now the boys are sleeping peacefully while the girls are reading!

Christmas 2008

Christmas was really fun this year!! I am so sad because I just realized I didn't take any pictures....we had the video camera out and forgot to take still photos!! Santa Claus came and brought Jordan his "little toy gun" he asked for and Kinsey her "surprise", which turned out to be a stylin studio! This year we started a new tradition which I hope to continue throughout the years. After seeing what Santa Claus brought, the first gift we opened was a birthday gift to Jesus. In the gift was a slip of paper stating something we had each decided to do for Jesus. This was fun to add this tradition to our home. What makes Christmas to me, is the fun traditions...Advent calendars, our Christmas book, making suckers, Christmas parties, doing the 12 days of Christmas, Reading Twas the Night and the Birth of our Savior on Christmas Eve, Santa Claus, breakfast casserole, family get togethers and best of all spending time with my husband and kids!!

Snow Storms December 2008!!

The kids have been so excited about all the snow and we have been having a lot of fun sledding. We finally were able to get the perfect snow storm to build a snowman. It seems like they are always putting on snowpants, hats and gloves to go outside and play!! I love the snow because it brings a new excitement to our home.

Randy's Birthday

This is a picture of Randy on his Birthday!! Randy is always able to make the kids laugh by doing silly things. This is a great example of what he does...He was acting like the kids were scaring him everytime they blew there horns!! They were laughing histarically. We always start our birthdays off with some cake, presents and decorations. Kinsey woke me up at 5:00 to make sure we decorated the house without her Dad realizing!! We had a lot of fun as a family. Randy had the day off and we went shopping, to a movie and out to eat!!
